Ok... So here's a recap of the upcoming week as far as TV appearances for James goes:
Monday (6/23) 5:30am -- Tavis Smiley, PBS (For those on the East Coast, U.S) 7:00am -- Today Show, NBC 11:00pm --The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Comedy Central Wednesday (6/25) 3:00pm -- Total Request Live (TRL), MTV Thursday (6/26) 12:35am -- The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, CBS (Actually Friday morning)

I DVR'd the Tavis Smiley show when it had James listed as the guest and instead of James, I got Carol King. I was bummed. I mean, I watched the video you
posted here online, but I was hoping to catch him on my tellie.
Thanks for the update Mylan. Isn't there an 8pm time for The Daily Show as well?

The Daily show comes on throughout the day. But if you check the TV guide, James' name doesn't come on until 11:00.
Carbon, James was on TRL in London in 2005 promoting Narnia, and I thought it wasn't half bad. I guess it all depends on the interviewer as well. And he wasn't that popular back then, so there weren't so many screams.

Did anyone catch E! News on Friday? It had a couple interviews with James, but both were about Angelina (was Brad jealous, how was it working with Angelina,
etc..) but it's new footage I haven't seen online.
I have it on my dvr but can't get it off of it. I found out I can attach an external hard drive, which I have, but none to spare since it needs to be formatted. I'm going to buy a dedicated one just for it so hopefully I'll be able to grab the files and transfer them to my pc!

I just watched James' interview on the Today Show. It was short, but sweet. He talks about fainting, kissing Angie (again), and working with Morgan
Freeman. He was wearing his usual leather jacket and black shirt. Be back to post it soon!

OMG! James was so great on The Today show. Even though Ann Curry asked him, again, about the kissing scene with AJ, it was turned around to be very funny. Ann
said what we all have been wanting to do to James by "throw him down"
It's another interview in which James looked incredibly hot  and Wanted got tons of praise for being a great and entertaining movie.
Admittedly...I freaked out this morning as I could have sworn I set my DVR to tape this morning. Well, hubby let me sleep in a bit and when I woke up I noticed the DVR not taping. I was scouring the net to find the video of James on The Today Show and came up empty. I figured at the 8:30 hour, he'd already been on. Well, to my surprise he hadn't!! YEAH

And let me just take a moment to say "Thank you" to Angelina Jolie. I am very happy for her and Brad Pitt that they are having twins and that her due date was around the press junket for Wanted. Had she not been pregnant at this time, it most likely would be her getting all of the press coverage from the movie. So, Angie, "thank you. I hope you are doing well and best of luck with the twins!" Oh, and James could totally molest me. He would not receive the first complaint

Mylan, you rock! I missed the Today show! He was so cute in this. The only thing I guess they have to do from now on is, when he gets too intense in a

I think we need a calendar!
It would be more organized and easier to refer to. That way PUBLIC APPEARANCES and TV and RADIO interviews could be posted there as well and theres no chance of missing a post if you don't have the luxury of checking back every day. I suggest this because I am missing things...although I did catch the Leno interview last week. |
