I've been a member of this board for a few months now, and I really love it here. The more I think about not only how many exciting James things I would have missed out on, but more importantly, how many friendships I wouldn't have made if this board didn't exist, the more I realise how important it is to say thank you to the woman who made it all happen. So, I would like to say a huge.... THANK YOU!!! To Hannah, for creating this board for us and building it from scratch, because without you, all of us would have missed out on all the amazing things which have been posted on this board, whether it be the latest news, the online articles or the gorgeous, gorgeous pictures, I know for a fact that every single member would not have seen them otherwise. (so no more thanking me) So I would like to thank Emilie, for being the sweet and loving person she is, for all the long nightly chats we had on Instant Messenger, for all the long nightly chats we had on the phone (looove these providers that make it cheaper to call the US than my next door neighbour), for being so trustworthy I was able to keep my control-freakishness under control and make her a fellow Admin, for the soft and gentle way she handles things, for being the same in the things we need to agree with each other, for being the opposite or different in the things we need to compliment each other, and last but not least, for being who you are: my best friend! http://jamesmcavoy.yuku.com

Owns spare key to the front door Posts: 924 01/07/2008 23:07 Board Contributor	Well, Sophie has already said quite everything, and I certainly can't say it better ( maybe I can try in Italian? ), so all I can add is a BIG THANK YOU to Hannah. I became a member of this board in a complicated period of my life, and I found here a wonderful atmosphere and a lot of wonderful people from all around the world, and this couldn't be possible without Hannah. I had the great pleasure to meet her and she's a splendid person, so nice and so amusing.

I'm going to thank Bluebell, because (even though I haven't even told her) she was pretty much the reason I joined this board. (In a really strange way, though). I found the board on my own, but lurked for weeks, and then as I was reading the Atonement thread she had said that she had the script to Atonement and I went ' I need to get my hands on that'. Little did I know that it was available online. So, I made up my mind that I wanted to pm her about it, but you needed to join to message someone, so I did. But I couldn't pm her right away, since that would be weird and she wouldn't give it to me. So I had to post for a bit . Soon enough I found the script online, but I thank Bluebell for unknowingly making me join JMMB! And she loves Robbie as much and maybe even more than I do, so that's always a good thing in my book. And her discussions on Atonement (and other things too) are always very insigtful and a pleasure to read. So, I'm very happy that she's a member here. Yay

Not only that... but she is a kind hearted person and wonderful to talk to. You all are so sweet and I'm extremely lucky to know each of you. I'd like to thank Selivia for being an amazing person. She's our longest-standing active member (except for Hannah ). I always love reading her film reviews and her mushy posts about a certain Mr. Butler. I ran across it by accident one night after seeing Becoming Jane and I started lurking. The next thing I knew.....I was visiting with some wonderful people. (my first time ever on a board) I appreciate everything that is posted on here, more than most of you, because I don't contribute anything of use to the board....other than comments. (Diz has tried so patiently many times to help me) Not much computer smarts. But all of you knew this....so I thank you for all the pictures, videos, interviews etc. And the fabulous GERARD thread.....so hot!! (we already know how hot James is) Thanks Hannah for the good and not so good times. And for all your help! Ya know......we just all need to sing " AULD LANG SYNE" together! It's a new year!!!!!! And hopefully there will more good, than bad. No, there WILL be more good than bad!! Diz......God has blessed me with a very special friend in you. I feel as though I have known you for a very long time. Thank you for all that you do for me and your precious kindness to me. I look forward to our emails daily! And thanks to the International phone plan....I can call and hear your awesome accent for hours on end. She even learned how to burn a DVD AFTER volunteering to do this for everyone. Also, a special thanks to Theresa for building the library and everyone who contributed to it. And to Hannah for building this "home" for all of James' fans and leaving the porch light on so we could find it when searching through the wilderness fof the internet.
