I don't think he ever wore a kilt.. he is from the US and as far as I know he never played a Scot.. (I doubt he could do the accent

That is pretty much what I wanted to say about David's acting. I do think he overacts, but as I said, it matches the character somehow. (Although every now
and then..
)
I haven't really seen him in anything else yet, except a tiny little bit of a show with funny sketches, where he was the guest of the week and they did a Dr Who sketch, but in this one he was the girl instead of the doctor.. it was hilarious! He was so good!!   
(And thanks to Shameless, I now can't help but love Anne Marie whether I want to or not..  )
