Okay, so...Obsessions are defined as: persistent thoughts, impulses, or images that occur repeatedly and are experienced as intrusive, inappropriate, and distressing. Obsessions are anxiety provoking.
Compulsions are repetitive behaviours or mental acts that an individual feels compelled to perform in response to an obsession or according to rigid rules. Compulsions are excessive or unconnected in a realistic way to the event and are aimed to prevent. Compulsions normally follow obsession.
There yah go!!! Also, if anyone is interested, there is an article in Blag magazine Vol. 2 No. 9 with Anne-Marie Duff in it. I think this may only be released internationally and unavailable to us Canadians/Americans. It's possible she mentions James in it.
