Hannah, great job on the photos, they are beautiful.

As for James in "An Affair to Remember", I'd enjoy him in a remake because I love that movie and he could play all the personality. BUT, it is actually written for an older actor since they are "in the autumn of their lives" and this is their "LAST chance" at love. James' age is more suited to finding a soul mate or "First mature love". But I'd go see it.image

This is my pick for what I'd like to see James do - I saw that it has been "announced" that Sam Mendes is remaking Middlemarch. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1019448/ He produced Starter for 10 and is Kate Winslet's husband.

It was a Masterpiece Theater mini-series adaption of the George Eliot classic in 1994. I could see James playing Will Ladislaw, a broading artist/writer in love with Dorthea, an intelligent, independent woman trapped in an unhappy marriage before her time. Rufus Sewell played Will in theseries but don't hold that against the character. James would give it more heart and Kate would be perfect for Dorthea. The mini-series was an ensemble piece but they'll probably eliminate several storylines/characters to get it down to 2 hours.

It would probably be too similar to Becoming Jane for James to want to do it. But with Sam Mendes' direction, it would probably be a better movie than BJ. AND he'd get to stay closer to home for filming . That should count for something, right? image
