I'm not great at explaining things so bear with me.
This is just to do basic animation like the one in my sig, I'll make this -
Ok so first you need an image with each frame of the animation in different layers, so for this picture all 5 pictures are on there own layer (or with my sig there would be 10 layers, one with just the image, one with the image and A one with the image and AT etc)
Then you click on the import to ImageReady button
Then in ImageReady you need to duplicate the frame that is there till you get the amount of frames you need, so for this one it will be five.
Then click on each frame and change the layers that are visable.
Then you can change how long it stays on each frame.
Then press the play button.
Then, File, Save Optimized.
OK like I said I know I suck at explaining but hopefully thats enough so you can play around with it and get it to work!
