Yeah, it brings back bad memories of Catholic school and mean nuns for me.

Can you post a link to that clip April?

As a newbie, I was a bit afraid to come in here and read this thread, afraid that I'd find a lot of people dissing Anne Marie and finding fault with her. This happened on a Russell Crowe forum I once belonged to, when he got married and it just turned me off. I'm so glad everyone really likes James' wife and are happy for the two of them in that they are so happy with each other. That's just so nice! I have to admit that I'm just so gone on him and think he is just so gorgeous, that it was a bit of a set-back when I first saw one or two pics of her.....as if to say, is that his wife? I was kind of expecting some drop-dead gorgeous chick with long blonde hair and big boobs. I am so glad that type did not appeal to him! I'm also glad to see that he is married. That may seem strange but I feel if I can't have him, then neither can anyone else except his wife because he's married! It would also upset me to see him all over the tabloids hanging out with the likes of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. Ugh! I used to like Colin Farrell but every time I turned around, I saw where he was boffing some new bimbo. Ugh again! It also kind of grabbed me when I read that Anne Marie is almost ten years older than James. When he's 30, she'll be almost 40. But age doesn't seem to matter much when two people are in love. I envy her. But the fact that James loves her makes me happy because as a fan, I would definitely want nothing less for him than that he be happy too! But now I've had the chance to see more pics of Anne Marie and especially in here. I thought her real short hairdo was adorable but I like her current hairstyle much better now....covering her ears. Yeah, I noticed right away with the real short hair that her ears were big. But with her big eyes and cute smile, I found that rather endearing. I could see what James sees in her and kinda see what he finds to be attractive in her. LOVE the way they look at one another in some pics....they just look SO in love with one another! So as long as she makes him happy, that's all I ask. Because if she doesn't, I'm coming after her with a big stick! ~Shirl

Hopefully it's deeper than it seems? We know she's great in comedies, though. Maybe it will give her more exposure to get better film roles, like she had in "The Magdalene Sisters."
