hey that mag he's signing is Vanity Fair...I thought so, too. Isn't that the shoot where he poses as a photographer? Good Morning America is taped in New York. I don't know, though, how warm or cold it was that day.

It's in New York City, Diz!!! But it was FREEZING here that day and it's only about....10-12 hour drive away...it HAD to be just as cold
there!!!
Okay, so if you see in the one picture the autograph dealer...he's got a winter jacket on hence the furry hood...so maybe that answers your question and that lady is just warm blooded!
